2:00 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.: Planner Only Education – Colorado Convention Center (CCC) Concurrent
3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Trade Show with Planners, Sponsors & Exhibitors Only – CCC Mile High Ballroom (Suppliers not exhibiting or sponsoring not included)
4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.: MIC Opening Keynote – Mile High Ballroom – All Attendees Welcome
5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Opening Night Reception & Trade Show (Optional for Exhibitors & Sponsors to be at booths) – Mile High Ballroom – All Attendees Welcome

MIC will not be holding a Closing Reception in 2019. We encourage all sponsors and exhibitors to invite clients to company events outside of the MIC times above. Thank you in advance for not holding your own company events during the MIC Conference hours at the Colorado Convention Center on March 12 & 13, 2019.
